Learning: Working with higher ranked people makes it easier to do a technique and working with many different Kyu’s makes you want to try everyone.

Depending on the space you have, you put  X high ranked Kyu students in front of the group. And everyone has one round with this person (so they do 1x omote 1x ura and than they switch roles). After that they go back in line and look for the next available person.

Tip: Preferably everyone has a high ranked Tori, except for one.
