Learning: Even when you think something is stuck, it can come off. Just like in Aikido.

Make a few piles of Aikidokas, stacked on top of eachother. Every layer has to grab real tight, to make more difficult for senpai. Each pile has a senpai who has to unravel the pile of Aikidokas. The only rule is to do it carefully and once one layer is loose it has to come off.

Techniques: Ushiro Kakae dori – kokyu nage  or  Ushiro ryote dori – Kokyu nage / Kata ryote dori – ikkyo / Ushiro ryote dori – aiki o toshi

Tip: Make sure nobody is cheating by being too rough.
