Everyone in the dojo goes standing in a nice group picture pose. The funnier the better. One person is there to observe where everyone stands or sits. Once (s)he absorbed all that information (s)he will leave the room (or turns his/her back towards the group). The sensei or assistant will change a few peoples places. Once he’s done, the person can return and figure out who changed place and where.

Tip: Make a picture of the group yourself (fun for later), but mainly to make it easier to remember what you just changed.
