Whenever you organise lunch/dinner in combination with an Aikido training or seminar, you can spice it up with a fun placemat. It can be an icebreaker for new people, or educative about your dojo. It’s all up to you! 

The design is not colored because printing in black & white is cheaper (and since it serves as a big napkin it would be better this way.) To have nature in mind, try to print only what you need and if possible on recycled paper. Topics for on the placemat can be found in the PowerPoint document.
